I have not received this and the tracking doesn’t show anything except item received north west mc August 1 so how can I do a review if I don’t have this product. I rated good on customer service because the seller did respond when I did reach out however I have not received order and this was a gift I needed to take with me on vacation and I fly out tonight so now I don’t need this and I should have had it so now I just want a refund
