I ordered 5 products and this was the only one I was disappointed in. The item did not come like the picture, it was missing a charm! It’s supposed to have an extra cat charm. I wanted to give this as a present but now I’m not so sure. Also I just wish I knew I was going to have to sign for my package then I would have made sure I was home instead of spending an hour at the post office trying to retrieve it because I missed the first delivery….tracking could have been better as well!!
