I’m sure the product I ordered would have been beautiful if the shop owner would have been more helpful and understanding during the holidays. I made an error and put the wrong address and the package was sent back. The shop owner ‘Sam’ was not considerate at all. I apologizing for placing blame on them and asked to meet somewhere halfway but they have still yet to respond to me. This was very upsetting and unprofessional in my opinion.
